Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Ask the person delivering your package to make notes regarding any open or damaged package prior to accepting or signing received.  Upon receiving, please inspect your package immediately to insure satisfaction.  If you discover any issues or discrepancies that may need our attention,  please email within two (2) days of receipt of delivery to report, and provide the following:

1-Purchase verification such as order number;

2-Identify the item in question (item number, color, product name ,....)

3-Describe in detail the discrepancies or any issues regarding the shipment

you have received.

4-Obtain a return authorization number (RA Number) and return address (to our warehouse).

5-For expediency, include a copy of your invoice/sales receipt/packing slip (including your address and RA#) inside the item you are returning.

6-Write  attention:  returns and include the RA number on the outside of the box.

7-Return your package prepaid to the address provided (to our warehouse).

Products  warranty  products have been field tested by, and carry the coveted seal of approval from NTOA (National Tactical Officers Association) .  quality products are made in accordance to Untied States military specifications from durable material, and are made with pride of workmanship, and uncompromising manufacturing techniques from cutting, sewing , and assembly to quality control.

We at  want you to purchase with confidence our high quality items that have been produced for your use.  To that extent, we are proud to offer a one- year limited warranty on all of our durable products.  Products ordered must be used within their intended capability and use only.  Normal wear over time and overuse or abuse is not covered.  All items must be returned via prepaid shipping with a return authorization number.  We reserve the right to provide the most efficient option to resolving any warranty issues from replacing parts,  to repair, or replacing the item with the same item, or an item of equal value or equivalent item, if item has been discontinued or is not available.


If the purchased product is defective or there is an issue with the order, we ask that all customers provide verification of the purchase (receipt) and the related product issues within 2 business days of receiving the product(s) by email to:  

Once the purchase and authenticity of the product is approved by our Return Authorization Dept.  We will take one of the following steps:

  1. Replace the defective product.
  2. Send the required components to repair the portion of the product that is defective.
  3. Issue a credit to your account.

These procedures will allow us to more closely identify issues with any particular product.


All Fox Tacticals Products are rigorously tested to ensure that our stringent standards for durability and quality control are met. We are so confident of the quality of our product line, that each item is covered by a limited warranty.

Fox Tacticals guarantees its products 100% for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. This warranty only covers product failure due to manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover: damage caused by normal wear & tear; improper use; damage by weather or natural climate conditions; and the natural breakdown of the material or color.

The repairs or replacement of any product is at the sole discretion of Fox Tacticals. Any and all claims require proper documentation, i.e. original dated receipt, and can be made directly to Fox Tacticals .

  • Customers must first contact for return authorization procedures
  • No returns will be accepted without authorization (all returns subject to discretion).
  • All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) code issued by
  • Defective merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, within 10 days of receipt of goods. If the returned merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears markings, stickers, or tags not originally on the product, it will not be accepted for credit.
  • Photographs of the item, the defect, and the Fox sewn-in tag found inside the main compartment of our items must be sent to so that we can determine how to best handle the situation. This will also allow us to send the information on to our vendors so that the product issue can be corrected for future productions.
